Great Service!
I made a mistake that may have damaged my battery. I reached out to 630 for a replacement part and instead of sending the part, they insisted on sending a brand new battery at no cost to me. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service. I love, love, love my bike!

Back-up battery a must!!
Recently at Burning Man with both batteries fully charged, it was great to swap them out and be in my way😊

Excellent service
My battery for my ebike stopped charging so I called sixthreezero customer Service. They were so nice and immediately started asking questions about the battery and sent me a new one quickly.
