Myoball - Large 80mm

This is wonderful for my glutes and calf muscles. Would like to try smaller one for neck and shoulders.

I don’t find it helpful unfortunately. It didn’t help with relieving deep tissues on the thigh. It doesn’t worth the price.

This works as advertised which is a great first start! It’s cold (my primary preference is for cold and ice not necessarily heat) and that works well, I keep it in the fridge. My only complaint isn’t actually a complaint but I find the large size a bit big and heavy for my female hand and if I could afford it I would get the small size as I think that would work well for me. Very happy overall.
