Bad customer service. The jacket fitted way too small for a large and i wrote customer service about an exchange the same day and i still haven't had a response....if you wear a size Large definitely get an XL they are not true to size. UPDATE ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS YET TO CONTACT ME TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS LACKING COMPANY 💯
