The management at Toronto Toys reached out to me after I ordered a replacement battery for my grandbaby's electric vehicle to let me know that I ordered the wrong battery. Management researched my original purchase from two years back and corrected the order. By going the "extra mile", Toronto Toys saved me time and aggrevation and allowed my grandbaby to enjoy the vehicle. Thanks

Does not fit my toy

Smallest battery listed but does not fit my toy motorcycle. It's the right volt and amp but is twice as thick as required and won't fit in battery slot
