I love my silver tipped badger shaving brush … It does such a fantastic job lifting the whiskers , I am sure that is because of the outstanding craftsmanship of the product … Not to mention the beauty of it … It is not only a brush but a work of art …

You can't replace head, for almost $200 it's not acceptable. I've spent about $500 for all my purchases made here, subscribed to email and text ads, I get offers all the time like buy something and you will get discount or a gift. Didn't get discount for my 1st purchase nor gift, for my second purchase I've been told that I'll get a gift and I got email that says they've sent me something but tracking number is not available since last week so I have no clue where is it. Overall I'm not satisfied with the customer service, I expected it to be a lot better for a company that sells premium products if I may call them premium.
