Hurst's® Garlic & Herb Lentils

I moved to California and couldnt find this anywhere! I’m thrilled to be able to order this online. I make vegan style soup for my in laws, who love love love it. I also add cilamtro to the recipe on the back. This flavor packet is powedered gold and takes all the work out of seasoning. Its great as well using grilled sausage in the be beginning steps and use the oil/grease from the sausage to add mirepoix and the flavor packet. I let it heat up, add some red pepper flakes if you like some heat to your mixture. Then i add the lentils and let them warm and become covered in the spices. Add chicken broth, heat up to a soft boil, cover snd take heat down to low. In a matter of minutes youve got amazing soup! Ordered and got my delivery so quickly! Packed beautifully, no broken bag issues or concerns. My husband craves this weekly. Its a fast perfect anytime meal. Thank you Hurst for taking csre of this Hoosier fsr away from home.
