Items are all high quality. Beard oil works great as well as beard balm. I am in my 60's and have had a beard most of my life. I have found too many brands have overwhelming, strong scent. I purchased the sandal wood variety. Just the right level of smell. I enjoy the product very much and will very likely continue to purchase from Viking Revolution.

Beard oil and balm are good, brush & customer service not

I was given some of the beard oil as a Christmas gift, and liked it enough to order more, this time throwing in some beard balm and accessories. The beard balm is also good and the scissors in th is box set seem decent enough too. Where it falls down is the brush quality - the brush appears to just be a repurposed shoe shine brush. The brush bristles are somewhat too sharp/harsh for use against skin, and worse the brush quality is lacking such bristles keep falling out everywhere making a mess. I can’t say I’ve ever encountered this with a decent shoe shine brush before. I reached out and emailed customer service to mention this and raise it to their awareness and didn’t even get a reply, so a pretty poor response for their ‘dedicated’ support. I guess they don’t say what they’re dedicated to, perhaps its ‘ignoring customers’.
