Roll the dice
Pleasantly surprised after reading terrible reviews. Although bracelet runs slightly small (ordered Medium), it's made well. It's quite thick, and is a little tough to put on yourself, but looks nice. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out regarding a minor shipping delay
