We ordered the Scottish gii as a Christmas present, and it is really nicely made and looks fabulous. It took a long time to arrive, about 3 weeks, and I was getting worried by the reviews I was reading, but it did turn up… And customer services were very good at getting back to me quickly by email and assuring me all was well.
