Long Handle Double Edge Safety Razor w/ 10 Blades (Black)

Products good, customer service is lacking!

I tried ordering some products and needed a replacement for a shaving piece I had. They didn’t sell it individually. I tried calling customer service 3 times, and no one answered. They say Email is best for them. Someone tried calling me back two of the 3 times, but when they are only open from 10 am to 6 pm EST and I work 10-12 hour shifts in the CST, it makes it a little bit annoying when I would just like to get something resolved in 15 minutes or less over the phone. But they would rather do it by email and take 2 days to 2 weeks to get things resolved.

Wished it had two blades!

Love the idea of being able to change out the blade, but want them to be able to have two blades. I’m a woman using it on my legs and the single blade doesn’t always get it all since the hair is thinner then mens facial hair. Other then that, fantastic product, highly recommend!

Excellent quality. Love the twist action to load and unload the blade.
