The true long rice is very difficult to find on the mainland in my area. I was so happy to find this product at Leilani's. My entire experience with this company was very pleasant. I was notified of things (different long rice packages) not being in stock. I called the store directly and the lovely salesperson literally walked around the store checking availability for replacements! This is a great company to do business with.
