The pad is so thin

This pad was not made to be picked up. That means that it is very difficult to ink a stamp in a stamp positioned like the Misti because it is difficult to keep ahold of it . The pad is very thin compared to others. Maybe this is a requirement because of the type of ink? When it transfers it wasn’t really black. Could be the marker over it but it sort of had a reddish tint to it.
