Description
This smooth and sharp cheddar has become a firm favourite for us at Balgove. It is a perfect addition to any sandwich, ploughman's lunch or cheese course and works equally well melted into sauces or on top of pizzas, lasagnes and gratins. We especially like it for macaroni or cauliflower cheese.
