Very happy with customer service! I wrote in to ask if it would be possible to get a replacement for just the top part of my airpods case (that I stupidly lost somehow). and to my surprise, Casey sent out a full replacement at no charge! Completely not what I was expecting but very happy with the outcome

This case brings me joy by reminding me of nature every time I look at it. It’s strong and stays on perfectly. It’s great design and is easy to keep track of while being a delight to hold.
