Wanted a 2nd lock for my 2 storage area spots for my flag. box. In the shipping box was a bag of lock and screws(waaaay too long)and no instruction as how the small pin would be used/installed. After mant emails back and forth with the company and they stated they would make it right. I did recieve some screws and a depth guide but never received the most important part(the template)for proper lock installation. Not very satisfied 😕
