The way the straps are set in further gives you a lot of range of motion. Great for mobility and strength training as well as running!

Not for me

I really wanted to like this bra because I've seen a lot of runners wearing it online, but it does not fit me well. For reference I am a 36A and typically wear a L in sports bras due to my rib cage. There is some room in the front and it doesn't fit as tightly as I would like. It will not be very supportive for running. It also hits a lot longer than pictured. Might just be my build though.

I didn’t have the highest expectations

Only because I tried another bra from janji and it was very restrictive and uncomfortable for me. This one is the perfect balance of supportive without being restrictive, and I love the straps! Doesn’t squeeze my armpits
