It's only been about a month but I've noticed some positive changes in my face. It does indicate that product effectiveness may take a few months with consistent use. Im leaving this review because I found the owner of Harben House to be a friendly and professional woman. She resolved an issue very quickly for me without any discrepancies.

Disgusting taste

I have no idea if this will help my skin, because I tasted it once and spit it back out. I still have not figured out a way to ingest it.

Osmosis Recovery

I've been using Recovery ever since it came out for fat pad that I need for my face. It's helped me out a lot so I continue to use this product. It also helps as a prebiotic. I noticed a difference if I don't use it. I absolutely love this product and what it's done for me.
