We were very happy, as always, with our latest lolll furniture. But I must tell you that the large pallet the delivery arrived on became a real problem.
We understand that shipping on a pallet protects the furniture from damage.
But we live in a condo. The delivery truck driver said he couldn’t take it away, so we were stuck with it. The pallet was heavier than the furniture we ordered. I was left to make arrangements to have it collected by our city garbage removal and needed help getting it to the curb, not to mention finding a place to store it for a week.
Not sure if there is a solution but wanted to let you know how difficult it was to handle a large pallet.
