Unfortunately I did not enjoy the taste of this particular honey ,and had made the mistake of buying a full size jar as the description sounded lovely. t tasted very strange and almost metallic to me. Such a shame as the other taster jars I got were lovely

Rare Pink Thyme Honey

I've been having the lovely Bee Pollen for months now and had built up quite a supply, so I thought I would try some honey for a change. I bought a couple of jars, one of which was the Rare Pink Thyme Honey. It's beautiful and far superior to the honey you get in the supermarket, where they have very little choice anyway!
