I bought a product it was not the correct I realized because of feedback from sales team in the website.
Then I saw my package was just shipped. I contacted the CS team all by email. I told them I commited a mistake, they told me they will put on hold my shipping until I confirm my cancelation.
I confirm them and few days ago I received my money back
I did not tell them to remember my money back or anything else…
They executed quickly and no further question at all…
All this communication was by email, I was afraid that someone would see my email later and my wrong purchase just go… but surprised everything was so quick and reacted very fast…
