Perfect for a Quik Flop Camp
I have a topper and spend several nights sleeping in the back when I don’t want to set up a more permanent camp. I needed something for shelter from the weather to do some cooking and all the other things you do when not sleeping in the back of the truck. The OvernOut fits the bill. My only complaint is that the horizontal poles are a little hard to engage into the outer rail because the holes in the rail do not quite line up with the pole pin. It takes a like fussing but it can be done.
A little tip for setting it up solo. Rollout the awning and stake the guys with moderate tension first. Then deploy the vertical poles and extend them and tighten the guys to temporarily hold the poles them in place. You can then extend and engage the horizontal poles and tighten every thing up. This is different from the instructions and any alternate YouTube setup variations and it works for me
