Very good pack with flaws. Nothing's perfect.
The straps being able to stow away is very unnecessary, but the overall build quality and waterproofness is something to make note of. I think any improvements in a next version should be making the harness system more simplified, getting rid of the stow away straps and make it a half zip bag.

EDC/Travel Bag
Love the Shadow. Great for EDC and if you pack right, can use this for travel to warm weather destinations. Plan on taking this to Portugal for two weeks. Two critiques. 1. Wish this had an outside water bottle holder. I bought modular bottle holder, but it doesn’t work for this bag Soni wasted my money. 2. I love that the quick access pocket has it’s own dimension, but visually it’s floppy. However, I would take the dimension over the aesthetic

Great backpack
I love the compartments, and the tech kit. The magnetic clasps are a game-changer for me - so glad I don't have to fiddle with old-school plastic clips/clasps. I was initially a bit worried that the shoulder straps were too large and bulky, however, after trying on the backpack fully loaded with a 16" Macbook Pro and a 2nd-gen 12.9" iPad Pro, and feeling how comfortable and seemingly weightless the backpack felt, I'm now of the opinion that all work backpacks need to have this level of comfort and sturdiness in their shoulder strap construction. Overall build quality is amazing and I would heartily recommend this backpack to others.
