Ordered The Godfather Frome for my husband for Christmas. He loved it! We had major shipping issues due to backups and chaos that the USPS has dealt with due to covid and the increase in shipments, but the Frome team worked with me to make sure we received the order. The first order was placed at the beginning of December and was produced and shipped by Frome in a timely manner, but never arrived at our house. The Frome team offered to redo the order and ship it again and once we got it started it all happened pretty quickly. Great gift and great customer service!
