I have been lifting for decades, making slow, steady gains. After I started using this product, my gains were in the moderate to fast range. I only use half a serving because I am a woman weighing only 58 kilos. I drink it as I walk out the gym door. An added benefit is that I no longer feel the need to stop and buy a coffee on my way home. :)
