Won't order again!!!

Placed two orders from this site in recent months, unfortunately both orders have been delivered faulty. The necklace on all of the products received were broken and I was unable to use. I had to spend more money and buy suitable necklaces elsewhere. You'd like to think these things would be checked before dispatch......apparently not!! I've learned my lesson and as much as I like the look of your products online, in reality they're quite the disappointment.
