The replacement latch was exactly as expected. The customer service call I received was not. After I placed my order a customer service representative called to make sure I selected the two day shipping option before processing the order, because of the shipping price difference which was significant. She made sure and had it processed so I got the latch in time for a camping festival the following weekend.

Quick delivery on parts replacements

I inherited my Dad’s Engel cooler. Once I did I gave my Yeti away. His cooler was well over 25 years old but works better than any cooler I have ever had. I accidentally broke the latch. I ordered a new latch from Engel. It was here in a couple of days and easy to apply myself.

Great Product

I purchased a Skeeter boat that came with an Engels cooler, latches were broken. Was really surprised and relieved that these were available on your web page. Very happy there is still a company that stands behind their products.
