400 lb black bear vs Engel ice chest. The ice chest won with many teeth marks and 1 latch ripped off. New latches where same high quality and easy to install.

Customer service

The replacement latch was exactly as expected. The customer service call I received was not. After I placed my order a customer service representative called to make sure I selected the two day shipping option before processing the order, because of the shipping price difference which was significant. She made sure and had it processed so I got the latch in time for a camping festival the following weekend.

I put the new handle on with no problems and it seemed like the Engel kept the ice longer than the yeti cooler.
