Missing grommets on one of the awnings. The clamps to keep the top secure were put on the wrong way and did not allow the annex to be put on properly. The company sent replacement parts, but they were wrong for multiple shipments. They had to pull one out of stock to see if I was telling the truth. "I was!" Don't waste your time with them and double-check everything if you buy from them.

Love it. Metal shell gives me comfort when going through the Ozark forests (lots of branches). Plenty of room inside for 2 adults, a dog and next day clothing. When closed, we store 2 sleeping bags and 2 full size pillows. It is heavier than most so it needs a sturdy bed rack.
