Great product

Works well easy to install. Prefer this style to other as no by pass like is needed as it's built into it. Also much easier to change out neutrilazation media.

Does the job

I have one critique for the manufacturer. Don't put the neutralizer pellets inside the unit. When I opened the box, the pellets were loose "all over the place". This added frustration. I suggest putting the pellets inside a plastic bag. Aside from that.. Installation difficulty is low to moderate. Well-designed. Robust construction.

Solid

This Condesnsate Neutralizer is solid and well built. I was able to install it myself easily. Excellent quality of materials used, definitely recommend. Especially like the feature to switch input/output direction by switching the backplate from back to front.
