I was taking advantage of the sale before Thanksgiving and ordered some essential oils (always incredible quality and great value from Pompeii Street). Realizing they’d be sitting in freezing cold temps a couple days on my front porch (I would be out of town and hadn’t set up a mail hold), I quickly emailed customer service to see if they could hold off mailing my order, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back within 30 minutes! Ben was helpful, pleasant and quick to respond. They held off shipping my order until I got home. Love small businesses and Pompeii Street especially!
