Great Build, Even Better on Foot

Really impressed with the Diesel Boot in Earth Waxed Commander. Super well built and comfortable right away. Break in was quick. They honestly look better on foot than in pictures. The leather has a great feel and character, and it’s easy to maintain. Just a wax based balm and they look almost new again. Solid, good looking boot that’s easy to wear.

This is my sixth pair of Grant Stone boots and definitely my favorite. The Waxed Commander leather is a bit of a departure from the Chromexcel in appearance but it has its own awesome character. The color is a really deep blackish brown. “Earth” is actually a great name for the color. Break-in was quicker than the CXL leathers and I’m actually looking forward to beating this up a bit and not babying them.
