Lack of communication

Most of the jewelry was fine. Some of it was a little big for my taste. Some came broken but we were able to fix it so not a big deal. A few free gifts thrown in was appreciated.I have emailed and text concerning an item that was incorrect sent and have not gotten a response. For that reason alone I would not order again. Good customer service is very important running a business.
