This was a replacement order as the original had substantial damage. Unfortunately this one arrived in even worse condition! I don’t know what trauma the box went through, but it’s completely caved in on one side. It’s disappointing to pay so much for shipping and receive items that have been packed incorrectly, when they would’ve been fine if they’d been in a media mailer or had padding in the box. These were just thrown in a box that’s too big for CDs, without any padding or protection. This seems to be a recurring theme with UMG, which I don’t understand. The biggest music label in the industry must unnecessarily waste millions of dollars a year just replacing damaged products. It’s ridiculous and only seems to be getting worse, there’s no excuse for it.
