H5001 LED CONVERSION KIT

My experience trying to return a set of headlights was an absolute nightmare. The company’s return process was frustrating, confusing, and far more difficult than it should have been. What was advertised and what was ultimately enforced did not align, leaving me feeling misled and extremely disappointed as a customer. Customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue, and the entire experience felt like a battle just to exercise a basic return right. A company shows its true character when problems arise, and unfortunately this company failed that test. I will never purchase from this company again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. There are far better companies out there that value their customers and stand behind their stated policies. I sincerely hope others think twice before doing business here. Never again!!!!!
