love the body wax strips, and customer service cannot be beat

I am so happy with Parissa! After years of happily using their body wax strips, the strips stopped working several months ago. I assumed they had changed their formula. I kept trying new packages, but they didn't work. I finally reached out to their customer service and they were able to track the product I'd purchased and verified that it was meant for warmer climates than where I am. Who knew?! Anyway, long story short, they replaced the products I'd purchased that hadn't worked, and sent me useful tips for ensuring the product works each time. I'm now back to happily using their product and having it work seamlessly. I'm so happy, mostly because they really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. That is rare and a real gift these days. Thank you, Parissa!

I use the body and bikini wax strips, and it does perform a great job removing the unwanted hair, I even recommended to a friend!

These are the only wax strips that work for me. No ingrown hairs and slow regrowth due to the wax catching and pulling out the roots
