Jewelry was perfect, but...

The jewelry was perfect, but I really wanted to personalize some items - turn two necklaces into drop earrings, I would think a real jeweler could do this, but Enchanted is just a retail sales site. That being said I will buy from them again.

Beautiful necklace

It was easy to navigate the site and find what I was looking for. I lost my previous cinderella necklace in Hawaii so I was really sad about that. I decided to "upgrade" to a better one and I couldn't be more happier with this new purchase. The necklace is very expensive but worth the money. It is beautiful in person. Bigger than I thought but still beautiful. The sapphire has a nice dark blue coloration to it. The diamonds pair nicely around it. Would recommend.
