Plenny Shake

The texture and flavors outstanding. I prefer to use a blender to get a better mix. Provides many of my nutritional requirements. And the price per meal replacement is very advantageous.

This meal replacement mixes up smooth easily and tastes great. The nutrients look great too. The only problem is the shaker cups. The small one has the measurement labels so small you practically need a magnifying glass and a good angle to see them and the cup is so short that there's no possible way to not make a mess putting the powder in after the water. The labels on the larger shaker cup are just as bad and that one is too large to be useful very often. I'll use a different shaker cup and I'll be happy.
