A wonderful summer treat!

We splurged for a small family birthday party and made lobster rolls. As always, Svenfish delivered. The lobster meat was fresh and delicious. Add a little mayo, lemon, celery, salt, pepper and Sriracha and you've got a great and special meal. We served the rolls with a side of fresh summer salad.
