Duet 50 Pro Replacement Left Earbud

These ear buds are my absolute favorite. I ha e had them for over a year. I had one brake. I contacted their customer support and had been emailing with Kay. She directed me a link to get a replacement. I was very happy to get another ear buds so quickly. I highly recommend any of their products. They are the longest lasting pair I have and surpass beats.

A perfect replacement. FYI when you buy a replacement you have to reset the case to default settings for the headphones to sync. To do that you put both headphones in the case and hold the buttons on them for 10 seconds.
