Case

After I bought the first one, the side frame separated so I pressed claim. And after I got the second one, which is the claimed one, I can use it for 2 days. The side frame is brittle and cracked. I am very sad about what happened. I just wish I could use a good case. But on the contrary, it broke and cracked without my doing anything. Please help.
