What a pleasure it is to be able to have these fine products for a home Chef. The Bulk Sherry Vinegar has been a staple in my home from the first time we tried it. And quite the bargain compared to other options.

Great sherry vinegar

I’ve been buying the 3 liter pack of Saffi Saana Sherry Vinegar for at least a couple of years from Amazon. The flavor does wonders for a simple salad; I use it nearly every day. Not too sharp, not too sweet, it’s great stuff. I’m happy to be buying it now from the source!

Good for the environment.

This vinegar comes in a well boxed plastic bag. Not as benign as glass I guess, but 3l at once means fewer containers (and trips to the store). And if, like me, you can’t abide sugary “balsamic” on your salad, you’ll be thrilled with the complexity of this authentic product.
