How I found out about Atlantic Rancher was seeing a sticker on the back window of an SUV and I took a screenshot of it so I could find what kind of product they sold. After I ordered my first shirt and opened the package there was a handwritten personal note from Engle and his wife Victoria welcoming me to there store. So between the chamois shirt and the customer service I gave Atlantic Rancher another shot with buying my eyeglass container with some more shirts. My eyeglass container was real solidly built with thick leather and stainless fasteners that held things tightly together. The flap closes nicely with a pin and clasp that pinches together without coming apart. My color choice was the dark chestnut that matched my leather key chain. It’s my very sound decision switching from Filson to Atlantic Rancher. There’s so much quality in their craftsmanship and detail in their designs that I am a forever customer. It’s also very rare these days to get a hand written Thank you note with each order that I have placed.
