This carpet has a sophisticated design that bridges classic oriental and modern. My complaint is that the sheen is high and overpowers the colors of the rug in bright rooms. The fiber density is not as high as I would have liked for a carpet of this cost as well. I would encourage anyone to get a sample of this rug before outright buying it.

I ordered the sage green rug in an 8 x 10 but the sheen on the rug makes it appear less green than I’d hoped for (it looks silver). It’s also fairly thin and didn’t lay smoothly. It was a week long process to return it and cost me $100 in shipping fees.

Great service, but not the right rug

Unfortunately the rug was more silvery-gray than there sage-green I expected, and therefore did not work with my decor, so I had to return it. But the customer service for the return shipping (at my expense) was responsive, and fast. And my refund for the rug was credited quickly too.
