After ordering the planner I expressed my concerns about the item arriving on time. I was assured my order would be a priority. And it sure was. Prior to shipping out the order I was shown images of my planner and asked for approval before shipping out. This was a great gesture. Not only did I receive the planner on time, I received a truly well made item that is simply beautiful and hard to put down because I love the texture so much.
