I’ve never been a fan of Margarita’s as they always seemed disconnected, and overtaken by the sharpness of Tequila. Well, that was until my first Mr. Consistent Margie! Now I’ve been converted and just can’t get enough! Like top chef’s nail balancing the flavour profiles in their best dishes, Mr. consistent has nailed the balancing act with the Tequila, citrus and the salted glass rim, making Margie’s absolutely delish, every single time!!!! And now my new ‘go-to’!!
