Lightweight Stretch Chinos Standard Fit - Grey

Incredible pants. . . but waist size keeps changing

I ordered the blue lightweight chinos last year in 32x28. They fit perfect. I ordered the gray and tan lightweight chinos a few weeks ago in 32x29 (I wanted a bit longer) and the waist fits entirely different than my first pair? Not sure how to explain this?!?! Everything else about the pant is brilliant - grade A. PLEASE fix the waist thing.

They are called "lightweight" but they're a bit lighter even than I expected. And the grey color is a lighter grey than I'd anticipated. But just great pants! They feel good and fit perfectly.
