Engel 19 Quart Drybox/Cooler

Disappointed

Hi, I purchased the 19qt cooler earlier this month. Really disappointed in this purchase. It does not keep drinks and food cold. I purchased an Engel 5lb Ice pack to go with it and it’s warm liquid by end of my shift (12 hours). Maybe the cooler is defective? I am a truck driver, after reading alot of great reviews about your product makes me wonder if they are real reviews. I will be purchasing a yeti cooler but need to save up for it. I Should have saved the money from this purchase and put it towards a yeti.

Issues

I have an issue with the carrying strap. While walking it has came loose several times causing my cooler ti fall and hit the ground. Now I have latch that doesn’t want to stay closed. For what I paid I expected better quality. Not sure if I’d buy another

I love it I use it for a lunch box. I love the stickers that came with it would like some more if you know what I’m getting at
