As an IBEW Electrician I can tell you this thing is built tough. This cooler keeps my food chilled till lunchtime and doubles as a seat if need be. The cooler holds enough food and drinks for an eight hours shift. If your probably going to work any overtime get a 19 quart.

Great Lunch Box
