CHLOE Pearl Necklace

Necklace is lovely, smaller than the photos. The problem is their customer service. The necklace took around 6 weeks to arrive, tracking was inaccurate, customer service took 4 weeks to reply. I emailed them 3 weeks ago to ask for a refund and they still haven’t got back to me. After reading other reviews I decided just to keep the necklace even though I can’t wear it for what I wanted it for because other people have said after returning the items they never received a refund and no reply from customer service. Cannot recommend.
