Grafton Aftershave Balm

Hi there, I just wanted to let you know that I recently purchased your aftershave cream and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I noticed that on a few of the bottles, the pump isn’t working properly and doesn’t allow me to use the entire product inside. It seems to stop dispensing while there is still cream left in the bottle. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I really enjoy the product otherwise. Thank you for your time.

Scent is nice and clean, if a little indistinct. Kind of mildly and generically after-shave-y.
