Absolutely love it, I thought at first it looked to big out of the package, but once I put it on, fit like a glove. I am 5’6 and weight 172. I due prefer it snug to see the weight loss as I go and start to look loose. Buying the shirt and the toner for my spouse.

Works great. I started off with a large it was kind of loose. I weigh 200 with 36 waist. So I bought a medium and it fits me better and tighter. Works good also for your back I'm a carpenter so it helps . Recommended if you work in construction grab one 👍🏽

Waste Toner

I was looking for something to keep my big belly from bouncing up and down when I did HIIT walking and also to give me a little support while weightlifting. Didn't really care about the sweat inducing claims for the product. It has done everything I was hoping it would do. Size was spot on and ordering and shipping were easy and quick.
